Norfolk Still 2021 Apple Cider
Norfolk Still 2021 Apple Cider
Norfolk Still reflects the style of cider traditionally produced in the eastern counties of England. Smooth and like all still ciders it is made without bubbles. Fresh red apple flavours, with a crisp medium dry finish. Serve chilled for a refreshing drink that goes well with Thai, risotto or an Indian curry.
Think of Norfolk Still like an Apple Wine but lower in alcohol than a wine and we think it's much tastier!

What's a still cider?
A still cider is a cider made without bubbles (carbonation). Bubbles can add aroma and lift to a cider but some styles of cider lend themselves to being drunk without bubbles for a smoother texture that goes down really easy. Still cider has been drunk still for centuries and is still the preferred way to have it for many craft cider drinkers in the UK.
Is this a "flat" cider?
We would never say that! That sounds like a cider that lost it's bubbles, like a tyre that lost it's pressure. But this cider was never intended to be bubbly; it's intentionally a still cider. So even without bubbles it's still a cider.
