Our ciders are made from fresh fruit which naturally contains sugar. Depending on the cider, this sugar may be almost completely fermented away to "dry" or may still be present to provide some sweetness. 

To help manage your nutritional inputs we have provided the following estimates of the residual sugar content in our ciders. This is not the same as the sweetness of the cider which can be affected by other characteristics of the cider such as the level of acidity and presence of tannins.
