Refund policy

It's worth reading the tasting notes for our ciders. This is possibly not your usual cider so don't be surprised if it's a little different.  We won't release something we don't think is a great cider but we are working with a natural ingredient so expect a little variation between years and sometimes between batches.

All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure your cider is delivered in satisfactory condition. We will replace or refund you for any bottle that is damaged, flawed or deemed unsatisfactory. 

Small Acres Cyder accepts that on rare occasions cider can be faulty. If a customer considers a cider to be faulty they should return the undrunk portion of the bottle for quality testing and we will be happy to replace or refund the amount of the purchase and shipping costs.

If a cider is not faulty but just not to your taste or you have just changed your mind you can return it within 30 days for a refund. You will need to pay the shipping.  Contact us first before sending back.
