These are the Terms & Conditions upon which Small Acres Cyder ABN 24 643 154 027 permits you to use this website. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as modified by Small Acres Cyder from time to time.

In these Terms & Conditions “we”, “our and “us” means Small Acres Cyder of 12 AKHURST ROAD, BORENORE, NSW 2800 and “you” and “your” means you the customer.

These Terms & Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of products. No other Terms & Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

By purchasing products, you make an offer to us to make the product purchase based on these Terms & Conditions.

If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place an order with us. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years of age.

If we suffer any damages or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who placed the order(s).

Purchasing

Small Acres Cyder attempts to describe all products as accurately as possible, however Small Acres Cyder does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Pricing & GST

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (goods and service tax) unless otherwise stated. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars. Small Acres Cyder reserves the right to update pricing as and when required.

Product Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website. Refund claims must be made within 10 business days from the date of delivery.

Payment Methods

Small Acres Cyder accepts payments by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), or by bank transfer. An EFTPOS transaction fee will apply for purchases at the Cellar Door. The cost is displayed at the bar and on the blackboard.
