Shipping policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Amarex or Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. You can pick your carrier at checkout. Unfortunately only Australia Post can deliver to their Parcel Lockers.
Tips to save on shipping:
Cider is heavy and if you're in a regional or remote area costs can be high as there's less couriers going out there. A friend in the city is sometimes a great option.
Australia Post is rarely cheap in the cities but sometimes cheaper for some regional and remote areas. Just select them as an option during checkout to check.
Please use our checkout process to calculate exact shipping costs for your order. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days. If you are looking for something to get there for a particular day give us a call and we will check what we can do. We have no control once the package is with the courier but we might be able to get it to the courier sooner if we know it's a special delivery.
If an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

International Orders
We do not currently accept international orders through our website. Please contact us to enquire about a special order.
