Your product is great as always - the best cider I’ve tried.
However your logistics partner has let you down with my order with bad delays and poor customer service.

Hi ER, thanks for your lovely review of our cider. The last few weeks have been tough with our couriers. Generally they have been really good but were clearly overwhelmed during the busy period. We will definetly be encouraging much earlier orders next year and suggest people look at the Auspost shipping option too. Thanks again!
