Sparkling Wonders: Our Methode Traditionelle Ciders

This selection of ciders represents a patient dedication to creating fine ciders that showcase the cidermaking craft. Following the Methode Traditionelle process (popularised in the french region of Champagne) these ciders are bottle fermented, then matured "On The Lees" - with yeast in the bottle before being hard riddled and disgorged to manually remove the yeast and finish the cider.
