Celebrate winter like never before with Wassail 2026! This traditional orchard celebration includes sprinkling last year's cider on the trees, banging pots to wake the trees, and burning winter prunings on a big bonfire.
With live music from Orange's amazing Cicada Club, Fresh Savoury and Sweet Crepes and hot mulled cider, this celebration will warm you up from the inside out!
Dress up in your best winter solstice / Celtic / Medieval gear, bring boots, a torch, and marshmallows. It's a very different type of cider festival.
Ticket includes a welcome Sparkling cider, a classic cider, a hot mulled cider and a savoury or sweet crepe. Additional sweet or savoury crepes and cider available on the night.
Local beer will also be available this year in case your friends are not cider drinkers (?!). Non-Alcoholic ciders are available as an alternate for any non-drinkers, designated drivers or kids. Dogs on a leash are welcome.
The Wassail is held every year on the first weekend in August. This year it's on the 8th of August 2026. See you there!
