Great local fruit, traditional methods and a love for all things cider has helped Small Acres Cyder achieve great recognition over the years. We are delighted to have been consistently recognised with Australian and International cider awards. 

Japan Cider Cup 2025 Winners

Premium craft cider is an emerging market in Japan and the Japan Cider Cup pits ciders from 11 countries against each other. In 2025 we won Gold Medals for Pink Lady, Heritage Blend and Pommeau 2021, Silver for Femme Fatale 2025 and Bronze for Sparkling Perry 2022.

Australian Cider Awards 2025 Winners

In Australia's most prestigious cider competition we cleaned up with seven medals for seven entries!

The Apple & Cherry Golden Knot won Gold and best Non Alcoholic Cider! The Alcohol Free Apple and Pear Golden Knot won a Silver Medal too. 

The new releases cleaned up with Pommeau 2022 release picking up a silver medal, and Cat's Pyjamas 2023 won bronze. Our Sparkling Cider 2023 picked up a Silver Medal. Pink Lady and Heritage Blend grabbed Bronze.  7 for 7!

Sydney Royal 2024 Winners

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW hosts some of Australia's most prestigious shows; recognising the best of Australian produce.  In 2024 we entered our cider in three of their competitions and won eight medals!

Sydney Royal Beer and Cider Show 2024 results: the Heritage Blend won a Gold Medal; Femme Fatale 2023, Sparkling Perry 2022 and Pomme won Silver Medals; The Kingston Black 2023 and Poire won Bronze Medals.

Sydney Royal Distilled Spirits Show 2024 results: the Pommeau 2021 won a Silver Medal.

Sydney Royal Fine Food Show 2024 results: the Apple and Pear Golden Knot won a Gold Medal!!
